Earlier this year, Baroness Elspeth Howe of Idlicote sponsored an Online Safety Bill in the House of Lords, calling the Government to introduce legislation which would make it compulsory for Internet Service Providers to apply a network level filter unless an adult aged 18 and over choose to access such content.
