  2. Full of Beans - An Environmental Health Training Consortium Initiative (exercise and relaxation). This course is designed specifically for trained care staff in residential settings and will enable participants to run a safe, structured exercise programme for the benefit of residents in sheltered housing schemes or residential care and those visited in the community.
